Q. Do I need to register an account to place order?

Yes, only registered members can view our product price. Therefore, you need to  register an account or login in order to view the price before proceed to make order. 

 

Q. How do I place an order?

You can shop with us online through the website by follow below steps or via facebook - Brensbaby.com.

1) Register an account and complete your details.

2) Find the item you wish to buy, add to chart then choose to continue shopping or view chart to check your order.

3) Confirm shipping address or add new address if shipping address different with billing address and confirm purchase. 

4) Expect a reply from us within 24 hours for confirmation of order.

5) Make payment within 5 days and notify us via email ( This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ) or SMS / Whatsapp / Wechat (012-5037879)

6) Order will be ship through courier service within 1-2 days after payment received.

7) You should receive your order within 2 to 4 working days.

 

Q. What are your shipping rate?

A flat rate of RM7 is charged for shipping within Peninsular Malaysia (WM) and RM11 for shipping to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).

 

Q. Is free shipping on order available?

Yes, free shipping within Peninsular Malaysia on orders of RM99 and for East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) on orders of RM199.

Q. Are all your items ready stocks?

Yes, all items here are ready stocks. Only if the product categorized in Pre-Order section is not ready stock. 

 

Q. Can I cancel my order that have been made?

Yes only if the order is still on pending / order confirmed status. For cancellation request, please send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or sms (012-5037879) to inform. Orders that on status payment confirmed / shipped are not allowed to cancel.

 

Q. How do I know my order status?

You may check your order status as below,

1) Pending - Order received & awaiting for stock availability checking.

2) Order Confirmed - Order confirmed by us & awaiting for your payment.

3) Payment Confirmed - Payment acknowledged & confirmed.

4) Cancelled - Order has cancelled

5) Refunded - Payment has refunded.

6) Shipped - Order has scheduled for shipment.

 

Q. Do you provide wholesale price?

No. We will update once wholesale order available.  

 

Q. Is dropship service available?

Yes, please check our Reseller Program for more info.

 

Q. How long is the reservation period for the order that I placed?

The maximum reservation period is only 5 days. Reservation will be cancelled without notice if payment is not made after 5 days period.

 

Q. What happen if order has been made but do not proceed for payment within a period of time?

Order will be reserved for 5 days while waiting payment from customer. After the period, the order would be cancelled and the item will be available for other customer to purchase. 

  

Q. Can I add item or edit quantity at my order after payment made?

Yes only if the order is still on pending / order confirmed / payment received status. Please send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to inform. Order is not allow to change if order on status shipped.

 

Q. How do I reset my password?

You must login to your account and click "Change Password" and then click "Edit Profile". Key in new password into "Password" and re-enter the new password into "Confirm Password" and then click "Submit". Password will be changed & saved.
